From the macOS Utilities window, select Disk Utility . Choose your Mac's internal drive, click Erase , choose APFS (for SSDs) or Mac OS Extended (Journaled) (for mechanical HDDs), and click Erase. Close Disk Utility when finished.
Erase the USB drive. Format it as and name it Untitled . Open Terminal and execute this command: macos high sierra 10136 dmg
