The Wegovy pen device is a single-patient-use pen that contains a 3 mL solution. The pen is prefilled with a 2.0 mg/mL solution of semaglutide. The device has a dose selector that allows you to adjust the dose by clicking a button.

To calculate a custom dose, you use a basic mathematical formula:

If you use clicks from a 2.4 mg pen on Monday, do not supplement with extra clicks from a 1.0 mg pen on Wednesday. Stick to one pen per week.
