The DSWD strongly advises applying for the clearance to avoid any delays or issues. Processing times are longer during peak seasons like Christmas and summer.
2. Proof of Financial Capacity & Intent (To avoid offloading)
The current (in the Philippines or working abroad).
Two (2) identical recent passport-size color photos of the minor (white background).

A PSA Copy of the Acknowledgement of Paternity or a legal document proving parental authority.
If the parents are separated, annulled, or the child is adopted, additional proofs are required:
